My tenant has followed up and responded on his original complaint, however, there is no option for me to respond. Does anyone know how to do this? Please help as I’ld like to respond as soon as possible.

I own a two-family apartment building. One tenant has been smoking marijuana and the smoke/smell transcends the rest of the building.
