I have asked my apartment office multiple times in the last past 3 or so months to get my bathtub resurfaced and they have not done so.. Can they do this or are my rights being violated as a renter?

I live in an apartment complex in WV. New management took over about 4 years ago. My roof was leaking befoere they took over. I have made numerous complaints to management about roof. Only response I get is when the weather breaks we will fix.It is over four years later and the leak is worse. [...]

We have resolved this situation.  The landlord is taking responsibility for not informing us of his change of address.  We will not be charged a late fee for the payment not showing up at his new address on time.
