Our property management is charging us $60-$90 to paint the walls, $85+ to clean the carpets, and $14.50/hr for cleaning which they say takes 6-8hrs. I was under the impression that if you had resided in a propery for a certain time period things such as carpet and painting weren’t the tenants responsibility.
