my lease is up today-i went to office yesterday to sign new lease and was told that i hav to move out today by 12 noon and then move back in on the 19th of august-i need help and advice and noone is helping me!!! landlord is saying ‘oh well"lowsur

Can my Landlord do this?

We are a small disadvantaged business, and have just moved to a new office, we letf our office in excellent condition and returned all door keys. After 30 days my Landlord returned my security deposit less carpet cleaning and costs to re-key locks on two doors, we only had one door to our office. I am reluctantly OK with carpet cleaning, but can he charge me for re-keying the office door and most likely the common entrance door?
