How do I get a quick resolution – Bugs!!!

I have been getting bitten at night. My sumlord has not yet had an esterminator here. She will not answer my calls and is more concerned about the rent or how much this will cost her. I need to get out of her and I do NOT want to take any critters with me!!!! I am at my wits end!! I am getting sick from the smell of the bug spray I have been using and I can not sleep. I am sick to my stomache and itchy all day and night from the thought of having bugs all over me at night.
