Our Landlord decided he wanted to replace the Hot Water Boiler which uses oil with a Hot Water Heater that uses Gas. While he told everyone no one really had a choice. We will be without hot water for at least 3 maybe 4 days. Are tenants entitled to any compensation for this inconvenience? Thanks.

I am moving out of an apartment where I have lived for 5 years.  The carpets were new when I moved in but now have some damage and need to be replaced.  My question is if I am responsible to pay for the total cost.  It was estimated at $1,200.

I have noticed dead bugs along the baseboards but there were no bugs found on my mattress, box springs, or head board. Landlord says we brought the bugs in, but our furniture is new and there are [...]
