If you are renting from a large complex you should be able to contact your landlord’s boss. Try calling them about the problem and see if they can stop the problem. If you still aren’t able to fix the problem by contacting your landlord’s boss, the next step would be to file an apartment complaint via the RPA. P.S. If this is a problem that a lot of renters are dealing with, you should get together with them and file a complaint together. There is power in numbers.
