Problem with septic tank and electrical wiring in the home I rent.

GA Renter Q & A

In the past few weeks my septic tank went out and started flooding the front yard every time we washed clothes, toilet usage and tub and kitchen sink use. Is the landlord responsible to clean the septic tank if I rent the home?
