Yes you still need to pay sweetheart! Your landlord has given you a notice to terminate your tenancy. Its actually quite common. I’m surprised you are being given 60 days, that seems fair.

Nothing you can do but find a new rental to move into. If you don’t pay rent you will be evicted and possibly have additional legal charges. So, whatever you do – Pay your rent!!
