HAVING BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH MY LANDLORD ABOUT ROACHES AND BED BUGS. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A WHILE AND I HAVE A 41/2 YEAR BOY WHO LIVES IN THE HOUSE WITH ME. BEING BITTEN BY BED BUGS ALL THE TIME AND LEAVING MARKS ON MY BODY AND MY SON IS VERY UNNECESSARY. I DON'T FEEL SAFE AT THE APARTMENT ANYMORE.

Agent Jun 16, 2011 LANDLORD EMAIL: Landlord has sent an email response to the agent. In the email it shows that the treatment has been scheduled, but that the tenant has cancelled the appoint which is why this problem continues to be drawn out. The landlord feels they are doing everything in their power to resolve this issue.
