I lived in this apartment for about seven months. I have noticed that we have a bed bug problem about three weeks ago (we may have had the problem for much longer time without noticing). Then I informed the rental management company and they are going to employ Orkin Thermal Services to treat the problem. However, the management is asking me to pay $1000/- for the treatment.
I am not a frequent traveler and we don't get many visitors.

LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court. |
