COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

They always say they are going to fix it, but never fix the problem completley. My fan has been not working causing mold on the ceiling in bathroom and twice they have told me that none of the fans work as well as ask if we take hot showers..like it is our fault. They know about moisture in windows and tell us to just wipe the window sills yet a lot of mold is growing in them.. We currently got bed bugs and it took them two weeks to fix the problem, one week to inspect and one week to spray. When we returned to our apartment we still found live bed bugs in our bedroom window. They did not treat the problem correctly. We have not lived in our apartment for almost three weeks. We have a copy of a letter saying that we were to want our rent pro rated for the two weeks we did not live there. They agreed and said to bring in a letter, but when I looked online to veiw payment, my rent showed $595.00 for the month of July.
