COMPLAINT : Burglurary due to numerous complaints for maintance of a broken window

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I moved into the apartment 7 months ago signing a 6 month lease, i have been on the front office to fix my apartment, when i moved in there were no blinds missing screens broken doors, bed bugs, a broken fridge, and a broken cabinet, when i moved in they promised to have these things fixed within the first 2 weeks. The fridge was replaced.... That's it! we renewed my contract due to it was a bad time to move for me, i went on a vacation for one week, came back to 1500.00 in possessions stolen from my apartment. it was not hard for the burglar to do since my window still had no screen and a broken latch on the window, it was as easy as walking in the front door! The cops got involved and the front office new of the occurrence even while i was still on vacation and i was never contacted i got back and was still NEVER contacted, then our tires were slashed by what we think is the same person who robbed our apartment per pressure from law enforcements, and they finally contacted me, only they did not contact me for the recent events, they contacted me complaining my roommate was not on the lease! PLEASE HELP i just want to leave this place behind me
