COMPLAINT : Bed bugs in the apartment.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I paid for my first rent and deposit on July 17th of $2000.00. I did not move in due to the condition of the apartment. untill August 8th, 2011. They put in the carpet and I was told that the apartment was ok to move into. They were to have eradicated the problem before we moved in. We paid our rent and deposit. We moved in and the bugs were still there. I luckilly did not move in my furniture. They have supposedly treated the apartment again and the bugs are still here. My wife is about to have a baby and we need our money back to get into another apartment. We were not given information about the rental company without a great deal of problems from the manager. I am unsatisfied with how this situation was handled. My daughter had a allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital. I need all of my money back to get a new apartment. There is a great amount of drug activity at this complex. The police are constantly here. This is a very unsafe place to live besides the bed bugs. My car has been broken into and I have been threatened. I would appreciate any kind of help to get this problem resolved.
