COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We the residents listed above reported a bed bug infestation on Friday August 26th, 2011 to said landlord, Century Property Management LLC.. They sent out a Terminix man to investigate the problem and he determined the entire house was infested with bed bugs. I called Michelle at Century Monday August 29th, 2011 at 1:47 pm. She immediately made threats of us having to pay a $950 for the extermination and started asking all these questions in regards to where we purchased our furniture, where we purchased our bed, if we had visitors, and finished up with, " well you must have had someone over who had bugs" " what do you want to do?, she said " have to pay $950 a month to have us exterminate your house?" saying it with attitude.
