â?¢I have had my car towed from in front of my appartment on five (5) seperate occaisions. Each time, my decal was clearly visible on my car. I have since found out, the appartment community has an agreement with the tow comany where they only tow cars with out of state plates/ tags.
â?¢The day I moved in, the Fire Department had to be called due to the neighboor leaving his stove and oven on. The Fire Marshall cited inspection violations. I still do not have a fire extinguisher in my appartment.
â?¢A rock was thrown through my car window while parked in front of the appartment complex.
â?¢I have had two unsceduled maintinance visits to the appartment where no notification was given someone would be entering into my appartment; and the second of which, I had to have the maintinance gentleman return because he left all the circut breakers switched off.
â?¢When I moved in, the selves in the cabinets were not installed and took over a month to get installed.
â?¢The dishwasher was not connected properly when I moved in, and as a result flooded the kitchen.
â?¢I informed the front office I had a mouse in the appartment. I was handed glue traps and told to take care of the problem myself, and that a exterminator would come out to the appartment. No exterminator ever came out to my appartment.
â?¢Bed bug infestation. I have not slept in my bedroom for over two weeks now. They are coming from holes in my walls. They refuse to patch holes, and it took 4 trips to the office to complain before an exterminator was sent to the appartment.
â?¢Reported that my stove and oven stopped working. Took over two weeks to have a repair man come and asscess the situation. Aagin, it was not a priority for them.
â?¢I was sent a nasty letter stating I would be evicted for having an impromperly installed satallitte dish. I have no dish in my or by my appartment.
â?¢I have personally witnessed maintance men throwing garbage in the bushes in front of my appartment.

LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court. |
