  1. refund deposit, three months rent and cancellation rental contract
  2. Reimburse for RPA® Fees, etc.
  3. professional extermination for the bed bugs
  4. reimbursement in payment for loss of funiture due to infestation

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

when i moved in i was told that lowry heights had 0% population of bedbugs and roaches or any other infestation. after i was fully moved in to my new home i found roaches bigger then my thumb nail and bits on my body from bedbugs, i have found and collected over a dozen bedbugs and stored in a bag as proof that i had bedbugs. also i have killed over three dozen roaches

Agent Dec 14, 2011 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
