COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

After I made several calls regarding this issue, it took 3days to reach them, I had to continue calling because no one ever actually called me back. I was told they have already had 3 other complaints regarding bed bugs and they asked that I please not let other tenants know. I thought that was also odd, in order to successfully eradicate the problem it requires that the units around mine be inspected , as well. They finally scheduled an appt for someone to come spray. I researched the how that type of treatment was done & it requires the exterminator return 4days after his 1st visit to spray again because the eggs will have hatched. Since the spray doesnt kill the eggs it requires multiple visits in the beginning to make sure they are gone. And since they have asked the tenants that have complained to not tell other tenants, then the bed bug problem will continue to grow. Its cost me a lot of money and I only receive a disability check each month. I dont even have a couch anymore. The exterminator came on sept. 21st and never returned like they were supposed to, ive left my apartment prepped so they could treat it a couple times like they should in beginning. I am disabled and had to do this preparation myself. when I call them they ask why am I so upset? Now I feel like they are retaliating against me because theyve been calling threatening to tow my vehicle because the tags are expired, which I havent had the money to get my tags renewed because Ive spent so much money in the bedbug issue. They also told me I have made the hallway in front of my unit look bad because of all the trash, but its from my bed bug preparation & I live on the 3rd floor w/ no elevator & I am disabled. My family cant even come over in fear they will spread to their home. Please help me.
