This has been ongoing for years! Now I am feed up.. I have lived here for 8 years, every time new management takes over, They start to charge us for rent
That has been paid by Section 8 and Vendor payments made by DHS. I have proof that these payments are being made and yet they still charge me for
the rent payment again. When you try and show them the error.. they laugh it off and refuse to allow you in the office to talk about the situation, They try and act
fearful and hide behing a locked office door, Noel has been assalted by many residents in the past for taking their rental payments and then evicting them.. I
suffer from mental illness and have 3 kids under the age of 18. I am disabled and recieve ssi ans social security every month. I have a section 8 voucher that
pays 424.00 of my rent every month and the rest is vendored by DHS.

LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court. |
