We suffer the bedbug problem from August to now, my whole body were bite by the bedbug,the landlord send person to treat the bedbug,but not complety clear, and they will charge me 1400 dollars for the bedbug treatment fee.I think the landlord should pay for the treatment fee.

Agent Jan 27, 2012 LANDLORD REFUSAL: Despite repeated attempts both written and verbal, the Landlord/ Manager has refused to respond to the complaint. Due to the landlords refusal to cooperate with RPA Mediation, the RPA has no choice but to close this case. The tenant will need to seek other legal options such as court.
