COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have an ongoing problem with roaches and mice. But now in the past week I started to find bed bugs in the apartment. The Land Lord has attended to exterminate roaches and mice from the apartment for the last 3 month with no luck. The exterminator has been out to my apartment 6 times to treat for roaches and mice. They haven’t been able to contain the problem. At this time I have place 3 of the bedbugs on a jar as proof of them being on my apartment. Most of the tenants around me are filthy, leaving the common areas dirty and not cleaning after themselves. I have talk to management in various occasions but nothing has change. My lease will be over 5/15/2012 at this point I just want to move out as soon as possible. I have children in the apartment and I fear for their health. Please help.
