COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We moved in first week of FEB. which is about month and a half ago. We started to have bed bug problem about two weeks ago so reported to the Management office. They sent a guy for the inspection and they found bed bug at one of our bedroom. They called my daughter and told her that I'm responsible for the treatment and that they have to treat it for themselves. They said that we've brought the bed bug since when they first rented the unit, they've inspected and found no bed bug and now there is bed bug so we must have brought them so we are responsible for the treatment. I was mad with them that they are charging ME for the treatment also they are asking us to pay $750 which is rediculous!!! please solve this issue. I'll be very appreciate it. Thank you so much!!!!
