being civilized we already to talked to the downstair neighbor about the issue & that that they needed to understand that we are only doing our normal walks at the kitchen & dining room & we are not purposefully banging the floor. They know that we have a toddler & they understand & they are not concern about it. They are concern about the adult steps being amplified on their basement unit & it affects them. We believe that our noise level is reasonable & because of the banging & loud knocking at our floor it impedes own quite enjoyment rights.
