COMPLAINT : downstair tenant complains amplified walking as noisy Floor old & squeks
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Landlord needs to tell dow stairs neighbor about the condition of our floor as it causes amplified noise from normal walking in our unit.
  2. Landlord needs to tell downstairs neighbor that the noise they hear is not purposefully done by us & that its the floor that is the problem.
  3. Landlord made needs to make repairs on our floor that is noisy, increase sound proofing of floor to help dampen sound on downstair neighbor
  4. Landlord need to tell downstair neighbor to stop banging our floor when floor noise if amplified from our normal walk inside out un
  5. if downstair neighbor not satisfied then they should relocate them to upper floor or units with floors with good sound proofing

being civilized we already to talked to the downstair neighbor about the issue & that that they needed to understand that we are only doing our normal walks at the kitchen & dining room & we are not purposefully banging the floor. They know that we have a toddler & they understand & they are not concern about it. They are concern about the adult steps being amplified on their basement unit & it affects them. We believe that our noise level is reasonable & because of the banging & loud knocking at our floor it impedes own quite enjoyment rights.
