I have had many issues in the past with my landlord never returning my calls. I had an issue this past winter when my heat was not working, and that issue was not addressed in a timely fashion either. In this particular case, I have had an issue with my mail/packages being tampered with. I had a door tag left regarding a package that I missed, and someone distroyed the door tag and left it on our community porch. I have already filed a complaint with the police department, and they need to know if the property is survelienced in order to proceed. I indicated to the call center that I have to call to leave a message for a return cal that this was an urgent matter, and no one has called me back. This is an ongoing issue, and prevents me in being able to take care of things in a timely fashion myself. I have also had issues regarding my buzzer not working, and that has yet to be addressed, and that is the reason as to why I cannot get my packages delivered. I need a return call, and something put up regarding the tampering of mail or some type of notice being made, and if the property is survelienced I need this given to the police.
