COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

1. Recently I found out bed bugs in the apartment, which is very disgusting and harmful to my health. Later I searched online and found out this apartment is seriously infected by bed bugs. Please do pest control ASAP, prefer 2-3 days. 2. The person lives upstairs of my apartment makes big noises every night, especially 11am-3am, which is detrimentally harmful to my health and my work. I have complained twice to the management office and called security at late night around 3 am while they are making noises, like suddenly drop things on floor, moving chairs and tables loudly. But still the noises are still going on, which is very unbearable. Because of above reasons, it is really a nightmare to live here and detrimentally destroyed my health. Please do the pest control first and I want to terminate the lease without penalty in July. Thank you so much.
