COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
After undergoing three weeks of insect treatments which displaced me from my home, I returned and was assured the problem was solved after an additional inspection. However after only one week I suffered two bites on my left hand, at the start of the following week, I woke up to find three bites on my lower left leg, one large bite on my upper left leg and five bites on my upper arm. I have a severe reaction to the bites that displays itself for over a week and causes pain. After speaking with my upstairs neighbor, who is also affected, he notified me that he has continued to see bugs and receive bites even after multiple treatments by the exterminator. He shared that the exterminator has been to multiple apartments within my building. The bugs have made my apartment uninhabitable and I believe that this infestation is no where close to being in control.
