I have contact Mr. Praytor about getting someone to come to my apartment to eliminate bed bugs. I was told that someone would be coming to spray the units, for the usual cockroaches, and that he will get them to do what needs to be done for the extermination of the bed bugs. I immediately got the sense that the problem would not be remedied since I know there is so much preparation that has to take place in order to have an apartment/home treated for bed bugs. Days go by and I hear nothing about the bed bug treatment, so I contact the office several more times. Those times I could not get in contact with Mr. Praytor and left several messages with the secretary for Mr. Praytor to get in contact with me. I was never contacted. Meanwhile, my two sons are getting fed on nightly by these parasites. My 10 month old has bites on his face and legs and has also broken out all over his body. My 22 month old wakes up with numerous bites every morning that swell up and remain for over a week. He has scars on his face and legs and scratch marks from the bites and uncontrollable itching. I cannot continue to make numerous calls to Mr. Praytor about the issue. I would prefer to have a chemical free treatment since I do have children and be released from my contract since there are only 3 months left on the rental agreement.

FORCE REQUIRED! After repeated attempts to resolve this complaint; management has FAILED to comply and requires force. The RPA has taken all reasonable efforts to contact the Landlord / Manager. They have REFUSED all request and will require FORCE. This case is closed with a negative disposition. |
