COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
Moved into my apartment in January 2012. Contacted the leasing office to inform them of bed bug infestation a week after moving into the apartment. Treatment of my infested apartment consisted of approximately eight chemical treatements. Have consistently been notifying Property Manager of finding bed bugs since occupation of apartment. Still finding bed bugs in apartment. Found one this morning on the wall. Have asked Property Manager for bed bug heat treatment since chemical treatment is not killing all of the bed bugs, but was told that this is not an option.
