i live in this apt for almost three years now , last month i noticed the bugs in the apt and management maintenance checked it out and say its bed bugs and they had to take care of it , they ask me to don't be in the apt for some hours to take care of this issue ,then last week they sent me letter with bill of $3,155. the cost to remediate the bed bug infestation ,...and i don't know anything about this bugs where it came from,i moved to this apt like 3 years ago it means its not my responsibility because i didn't bring it ..

Renter Oct 27, 2012 174.98.110.54 because of i request changing my apt for another apt because of this bugs and they said thy will send a maintenance guy to check it out ,then they said that i cant move to another apt because if i do the bugs will move with my furniture, so they had to take care of it, i live in this apt 1104 for 3 years and i haven't have any problem before ,it means this bugs walked to my apt lately from somewhere else ..
