I have recently noticed bed bugs in the bedroom of my apartment. I did not have them at my previous location with the same landlord. I have never had bed bugs prior to this day. I just want to be able to have my apartment treated without being held responsible or have to pay for something that should be provided by my landlord (i.e. a habitable living space).
