COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We are new tenants, as of October 13, 2012. From day 1 of move-in we have been experiencing being bitten at night and during the day, throughout the apartment by mosquitoes and recently discovered bed bugs.Both myself and my partner have never had to see or deal with these creatures until moving into our new apartment here at the Villas at Camelback Crossing. I, Heather Stephenson, my partner- Rebekah Rutledge, and our son- Nathaniel Towery have been getting bitten since our very first day here by mosquitoes and newly discovered bed bugs in our apartment. They have appeared in the living room, both bedrooms, bathrooms and in the carpet. This has been resulting in painful bites that swell up and are embarrassing to see, insomnia, lack of focus at work due to lack of sleep, paranoia, worry, possibly losing our personal belongings to these little parasitical creatures, and our happiness with our new home here. We would like to have our entire apartment treated by an exterminator that knows how to deal with these little creatures. I -Heather Stephenson, began actually seeing the cause behind the scary bites on the evening of November 13. 2012. exactly one month after moving in. We have been trying to figure out what has been biting us all in the night and causing us so much stress and discomfort. Please help us by seeking a specialist to treat this apartment as soon as possible, so we can enjoy our new home for once.
