COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I reported my first siting of the bed bugs in October 2012, I came back to the office on November 3 with a sandwich bag containing bed bugs. I was told that someone would be out that Monday to do the investigation and there would be a note with instructions left on our door for further treatment. Nothing, I went back on December 1 requesting another inspection/treatment and was told someone would come look on Monday, December 3rd, we did not get notification of our treatment date til December 6th. I inquired about how the surronding units would be handled on my visit/request on November 3 and it was explained to me that no other units would be treated until ther occupant requested it. Anyone who knows about an apartment complex you can not treat such one unit for any kind of bug or they will just migrate to another unit until they find their way back into the treated unit. these are not just any bugs, these are parasites and feed off of humans. These bugs are not hiding, you walk down the hall way and you can see them crawling down the hall way with you. you go into the two secondary bedrooms and they stay in the crease from the walls and ceiling (blood spots every where). Nightly we get a sandwich bag and a toothpick and before bed we go through the house and find all visibale bugs and proceed to put them in the sandwich bags where they eventually sufficate. Even though we do this process we are still getting eaten while watching tv on our couches and sleeping in our beds and floors. No one should have to live like this and I am prepared to report to the Health department as well as noone should be forced to live with these parasites, some of the tenants are elderly and would normally not want anyone in their units but think about it, would you want you elderly family member living in a dwelling where they are being eaten at night, blood being sucked out of them, and leaveing welps that each for hours, days, weeks, and on some people cause allergic reaction and helath problem too. I want out of this lease with the freedom to move any where with out punishment from the complex. My family has agreed that we will give up Christmas just to have a new place to live free of these parasites.
