COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I had vacated the apartment complex on 11/3. Till date my $500 deposit has not been returned. I got a call from Bonnie Carreria that I will not get the deposit because I had not fulfilled the apartment policy of giving 2 months notice before breaking lease. I checked my old agreement form for any such clause and I did not find any. I requested Bonnie for a copy of the agreement she was referring to by which she is refusing to give me my money. She has not reponded to me even after 7 email reminders. I was not even given a copy of my agreement when I signed it in May 2012. I had asked them many times, verbally. I need to get my money back or shown me the clause where the lease breakage clause is mentioned.
