I have a 650 deposit. I was charged 50.00 for key not returned. I lost a key and she brought over a second key last year. I have found the second key. Charged 120.00 for cleaninig. I spent two days cleaning the place and she told me it looked fine except for the vents and the carpeting. She charged 161.00 for carpet cleaning. I found a company that would do the job for 100.00. She charged 63.00 for a lock replaced on the side gatrage door that I never used nor had the key for the door. She charged me 75.00 for reseeding of the grass. this was one of the hottest summers on record it is not my fault the grass is dead. also this is the Winter so how could she know how bad the lawn is for sure. She also charged 3.47 for a battery for the garage remote, pretty petty if you ask me. I was a tennant there for 4.5 years, she never hardly everr heard from me and the she returns this amount in a deposit. Also I am unemployed and I told her to let me know before she did any cleaning as I could do it myself she never did tell me.
