COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Chris had called me in late afternoon on Saturday 1/19/2013 to falsely accuse me of breaking the building front door window glass. I was not even in the building when the glass door was broken. I left the building around 12/12:15am on Friday night/Saturday morning 1/19/2013 and stayed in the hospital until 6am. I then went to the pharmacies and came back to the building around 7:45am. I was surprised that the building glass door was broken. Chris called, yelled at me, and called me names. He refused to extend the lease for me. He claimed there was a tenant believed that I broke the glass door (when I was not even in the building when things happened.) He also accused me of throwing food and things down the stairs in the past, which I did not do. He also accused me of a liar. He kept on yelling at me with very rude tone without letting me speak. I was trying to tell him that he can check the security camera, the Mount Sinai Hospital, and CVS and Duane Reade Pharmacy to confirm that I was away from the building the whole time. He made me a scapegoat. He also said "I will ruin your credit. I don't get mad, I get even." He told me to move out of the apartment at the end of the current lease and refused to extend my lease. He threatened to ruin my credit. He threatened me that he would take me to the court. I tried to tell him to ask any tenants who came in and out from the building from 12 am after I left that the glass door was intact. I am innocent, but Chris refused to further investigate for the real person responsible for breaking the glass window. He will mail me a damage bill. He yelled, was rude, called names, falsely accused, threatened me, and refused to extend the lease for me after we already have an agreement legally. I am writing to ask for justice. I cannot have someone ruin my credit with falsely accusation for the thing I did not do. The Mount Sinai Medical Center, the doctors there, CVS, and Duane Reade pharmacy can be my witnesses of my innocence. Thank you.
