I have lived in my apartment since September, 2012, and there has been no sightings of bugs until this morning. At 5 AM this morning, I woke up to something biting me on my neck. I caught the bug and brought it to the bathroom to inspect it. I quickly researched images of bed bugs on the internet, and without doubt, identified the bug as being one. I am in communication with my landlord via telephone, and he is trying to resolve the issue but has not heard back from his "licensed guy". My apartment building often has garbage left in hallways and has other evidence of tenants being untidy (which is not my landlord's fault), and I'm worried that there are bed bugs in other apartments and my neighbors have not yet noticed. I don't believe that I am in any way responsible for the treatment.

Renter Jan 31, 2013 72.43.220.210 1.As of 1PM on 1/31/13, my mattress, box spring and couch have been treated with "Phantom", a bed bug spray. The exterminator assured me that this should resolved the issue. Is this treatment sufficient?
