COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We got the description from Chevy chase partners that they had to use special paint and primer to repaint the wall and the cost was $800. We were charged 58% of this cost and is $464. There was only few lines with pencil by my baby who is 2 yrs old. Before we left the apartment, we request him to walk through the apartment with us and he refused to do it. He asked us to keep the keys inside and lock the door. He never called us saying that he will charge this much for repainting. We could have done it ourself by easily washing the wall and repaint. The maximum cost of repainting will not be more than $100. We know that the manager charged us too much and he never had to use any special paint for the wall. We have the picture of the pencil mark on the wall.
