COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We are in receipt of their letter quoting the final account statement dated ------. Statement shows a bill of USD 2768 towards cleaning of #. of one bedroom In response to that final statement we would like to state that when we handed over the keys to our Apt. no. 308 the apt was cleaned and carpets were shampooed by professional cleaners.(Copy of the bills enclosed). According to the professional cleaner the carpets and the vinyl furnishings were perfectly in order and we have photographs of all those furnishings, bathroom and bath tub , all the electrical and washbasins. All their appliances were perfectly in clean and working order without even a scratch. All the kitchen appliances were nicely cleaned and vinyl tops were polished. Kitchen furnishings were also perfectly in a clean and well maintained state. At the time of handing over the keys we requested an inspection in our presence or else we requested to give us a call at the time of your scheduled inspection. Neither of our requests were listened to. They have sent us a final account statement of USD 2768.00 which is totally unjustifiable in view of the condition of apt. at the time we vacated. The condition of the apt was, as it is when we rented the apt. and we have photographs of both the times. Hence we totally dispute their final account statement and request them to send the remains of our deposits USD 530.00 Ledger a/c at move-out USD 044.70 Balance USD 485 30 Kindly get us the remaining deposit amount at your earliest.
