I moved in this apartment in late Feb 2012. Not too long after being settled in, I noticed these little brown bugs. I didn't know what they were, so I sprayed the baseboards with Raid. During the summer, my daughter complained of bites. I captured a bug in a ziplock bag and took it into the rental office. The manager wasn't sure what it was, but ensured she would have someone come out and spray. It's now Feb 2013 and I still notice the same bugs. I never see more than one at a time. So once again, I captured one in a ziplock bag and took it to the new manager. She scheduled an exterminator to come out. The tech verified that it was indeed bedbugs. The manager told me that she doubts the owners will incur the cost of extermination, but will have it done and bill me over the next few months. She states that there are no records of my previous complaints and that I cant prove the problem existed in that apartment before I moved in. She stated that I could have easily picked one up from work or at the movies. I am due to move in a month or two and certainly don't want to take these critters with me! HELP!!
