We have a bedbug problem in our unit, which is why the management will not let us move to a 2 bedroom unit in the same building until this problem is resolve. I would like the management to pay for the treatment of the bedbug and to use heat instead of chemicals since I have an asthmatic child and the chemicals will exacerbate her asthma. If possible to check other units as well to totally get rid off this parasites.
When I called the office to resolve this issue, I talked with Gary Weiner, he yelled at me and said "i will not rent out the 2bd to you because you have bedbugs in your unit and i don't want to talk to you", then slamming the phone. He also said that the manager Alejandrina, told him that I threatened to call 311, all I said when I talked to her was I can call DEpartment of Health & Services but I will try to resolve this between us.
