  4. Lletter stating its apartments fault that can be used to explain wrongful eviction to future apts Im applying to.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Apt. complex incorrectly had been overcharging me in rent. There was no record of unpaid rent in bills I recieved (even though I was paying the correct amount). Was given eviction notice which I complained to property manager maybe 3 months ago. The property manager expalined it would be taken care of. I am now looking for new apts and I am getting rejected because there is still a wrongful eviction on my credit report from months ago.
