COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

List of issues: 1. The roof tiles have not been replaced in 20+ years and every time it rains the apartment receives water damage and has created mold in some areas which is very unsafe to live near. 2. The landlord promised and started to renovate the bedroom and has left the construction job less than half way done, thus I do not have a bedroom to sleep in and there is a mess all over the place because of this. 3. The backdoor which is used for an exit is all broken and has not been replaced even after informing the landlord several times, anyone can brake into the apartment if they wanted to because of this. 4. Kitchen cabinets are all in very bad shape and some are broken, Landlord promised to replace them but has failed to do so. 5. There is only 1 small gas heater for the whole apartment which barely works, the Landlord said he would install 4-5 more gas heaters around the apartment but has failed to do so and because of this I have to put up with the apartment being very cold during winter times. 6. Storage room needs to be sealed with sheet rock, landlord said he will take care of this because the room has no insulation, or wall thus all the cold air and small animals get into the house. 7. There has been several issues with Rats getting into the apartment but landlord has failed to resolve issue. 8. Landlord fails to fix even the simplest issues.
