On 3/1/13 I was rented a unit infested with bedbugs, cockroaches and bees. This caused immediate and ongoing problems that despite best efforts have not been resolved. The unit was not properly cleaned and treated for pests prior to my moving in, and I have required emergency medical attention on more than one occasion for complications related to the bites/stings. It has just come to light that the biting culprits are bedbugs and that it was a preexisting condition of the apartment. Due to this, I have ceased my residence in this unit and am asking for an expeditious resolution, as I am not willing to risk my health any further. I have lost a great deal of time, money, and sleep in this matter, and it is my sincere hope that management is earnest about eradicating the problem before renting this unit out again.
