he treated me like a dog. i moved in with no water it was off for a week. the pace had roaches. my kids got hives from the carpet. he came into my apt. with no permission or notice. now he is holding my damage deposit hostage till he rents it again to someone else. we never signed a lease, and the reciept he gave me for the damage deposit is barely ledgable. I dont even know his last name. he works with no offical documentaion.
