had a store lease at this adress with lessor Sun K. Park from July 1,2010 thru June 30,2011. However I received a letter dated February 28,2011 stating that the property had been sold to Steven Dukatt and stating that our security deposit in the sum of $2400.00 had been assigned and transferred to him. So we started paying the rent starting april 1,2011 to A.W.Green Managemant Co. WE did not sign another lease after june 30,2011 but we continued to rent the premises until we move out on may 31 2012, and as of yet have not been refunded our security deposit.
