COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I have received a Notice Terminating Lease (Dated March 28 th) from the leasing office. I have been accused of heavy walking on the floor, stomping up the stairs and slamming the entry door. These are baseless and false accusations and I find that you have sent me a Notice to cease/terminate without due process/listening to my end of the story or any proof whatsoever. Any noise that might be coming from apartment was normal daily living noises during normal hrs. and NEVER between 10.00 PM to 6.am I find the constant barrage of complaints from the resident in Apt 48 , coupled with letters from your the leasing office very harassing .Please , do your due diligence , and either prove I am in the wrong in which case I'll gladly move out or rescind the terminate notice.
