we are here to get our deposit back. We have video proof that there were no damages done to the apartment etc. We are not asking for a big argument just our money that is entilted to us. We never were late once on any payments in the 2 years that we resided at the residence, and gave a 2 month notice that we were moving when our lease expired. There should be no arguments, we just want what we gave him. I have always respected the man until now, he is a slum lord who does not take care of nothing and that is it. I am almost sorry I rented from him and gave him 2 years of my hard earned money!!! I know my rights as a tenant and I am aware that security deposits do gain interest so if he likes we will also be collecting that as well. It all comes down to us verse him and he thinks that he is inferior to anyone, especially women. If he wants we have plenty of witnesses that will stand by our side in winning our case. It is about time someone shows him that he can not take advantage of people, he done it to others prior to us, and its time he knows that taking advantage of others is over with. I am willing to take this case as far as it needs to go. Again, like I stated I have witnesses, and video proof of how I left the property with NO DAMAGES!!! dates and times as well so Martin can not say it is wrong!!!
