COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

on Monday April 8th i came home with my friend at 2:30am, my landlord came down into basement that i rent and told my guest they are not welcome here and if they come back they will turn them away at the door. my landlord proceeded to place letters all throughout the basement and staircase stating "no trespassing, only the people that live in the house should be in house. Landlord also wrote on wall in basement, removed basement door, and placed his own bed frame in my basement living room. Landlord continued by giving me a 30 day notice to vacate with false information, also created a security service for anyone coming in past midnight with his phone number and him being the security personnel to let anyone in home past midnight. landlord called cable company and cancelled my hd/dvr service that i pay for and is part of my lease agreement, landlord refuse to fix ceiling light/fan combo in room after notifying him verbally and in writing. landlord has cameras on upstairs level inside home. landlord had cameras in basement area which I had to ask him to remove after moving in. landlord constantly invades my bathroom and leave the door open. landlord called and threaten my phone after seeing me outside speaking to police officer, landlord refuse to return my security deposit after i move out verbally. I have not slept at house in last 5 of 7 days, i do not feel safe being in home or having my belongings there
