COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
We live in a four bedroom house, which is shared between four women. The landlord, Sun Park, lives in the house and is one of the roommates. The landlord, Sun Park, has had an overnight guest (her father) stay at the house for two months. The roommates only agreed to have overnight guests stay for two to three weeks AT MOST once or twice a year in the lease agreement and contract (attached). The landlords father has been rude towards residents (yells, does not allow resident to have guests over, takes all of garage and driveway space for his personal vehicles, etc.) The landlords father invited two additional friends to stay at our house for one week. The roommates were given no notice from landlord or the landlords father. The roommates have brought up the issue several times with the landlord and no action has been taken.
