COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My previous roommates breached the lease and the leasing office has been making the roommates addition/deletion process too difficult for me. 1. My previous roommates breached the lease and moved out and they didn't pay rent. The people at the leasing office refused to do the paperwork for roommates addition/deletion for our apartment because the trouble that my previous roommates brought to them. 2. The leasing office refused to process my new roommate's applications while I found new roommates and they were waiting to move in in a urgent. 3. I tried to talk to the manager about this, the manager asked the receptionist to canceled the appointment with me twice when I took my time off the work and the manager didn't reply my email. Finally, I still couldn't be able to talk to the manager. 4. After a couple of days, my leasing agent told me they could process my new roommate's application unless me, my previous roommates and my new roommate have to be at the leasing office at the same time to sign the lease together. After my attorney and I made so much effort to get my previous roommates agree to come to sign the lease, the leasing manager said my previous roommates didn't need to come. 5. The new roommate that I found couldn't wait that long (more than a week and a half) and found another place. I had to look for a new roommate all over again. I found a couple that would like to move in as soon as possible and filled out the application online on Apr 24. I emailed my leasing agent and waited for their application to be approved. But my leasing agent replied me eight days later and told me she didn't process the couple's application and asked for "roommate addition fee", which I have never heard of before. (I changed the roommates on the lease before there was no fee. There was not mentioned on the lease either). 6. My leasing agent is out of office a lot and the other leasing agent didn't process the potential tenant's application for our apartment, which makes the finding new roommates process too difficult for me, because people can't wait that long to move in. 7. The couple that I found couldn't wait and found some place else either. 8. I tried to get my boyfriend's name on the lease to get another key and we have been waiting for more than two weeks.
